The processing of personal data is limited to data that is required to operate a functional website and for the provision of content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is based on the purposes agreed or on a legal basis. We only collect personal data that is necessary to implement and process our tasks and services or if you provide data voluntarily.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Payment Information, Gift Card Information, Contact Information and Newsletter Information.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, you are asked to enter payment information (e.g. name, credit card number). We refer to this information as “Payment Information”.
As we use a third party, Stripe, to process online payments, we don’t collect your Payment Information. Stripe collects your Payment Information to provide a safe and secure online payment service. The information we have access to via Stripe includes your email address, name, removal amount and purchase date.
When you purchase or attempt to purchase a gift card you are asked to choose a removal option (removal amount, subscription duration) and enter information about the giver (name), the recipient (name, email address), desired language and recipient notification date additionally to the payment information. We refer to this information as “Gift Card Information”.
We provide you with the possibility to get in contact with us through a contact form. By doing that you provide us with personal data such as Full Name, Email Address and maybe other personal data you share with us through the message field.
On the Site there is the possibility to sign up for a newsletter. By signing up you provide us with personal data such as your name and email address.
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
With adequate technical and organisational measures, we will assure that all data is protected against access by unauthorized third parties and against loss.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
